It applies to visitors, prospective customers, roofers, architects, distributors and job applicants who interact with our site.

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you request a sample, contact our team, apply for a job, or ask a distributor to reach out. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • Company or role (for example, roofer, architect, distributor or homeowner)
  • State or region, and any project details you choose to share
  • The content of any message you send us
  • Resume and application materials, if you apply for a position with us

  • Directly from you, when you fill out a form, request a sample, email or call us.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies as you browse our site.
  • From our distributor and representative network, when a request you submit is routed to the SantaféTILE representative or authorized distributor covering your region.
  • At our physical locations, such as our Medley, FL showroom and yard, if security cameras are in use there. Any footage is used only for safety and security purposes and is not used for marketing.

We use cookies and similar tools to operate the site, understand how it’s used, and measure the performance of our advertising. This currently includes:

 

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand site traffic and measure the results of our Google advertising
  • Meta Pixel, to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising
  • Mailchimp, to see whether emails we send are opened and clicked
  • Other advertising platforms we use from time to time, which may include artificial intelligence-powered advertising, analytics, and marketing technologies provided by third-parties ,

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you turn off cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended. We do not currently respond to browser «Do Not Track» signals.

When you supply your phone number on a form, you agree that SantaféTILE, our sales representatives, and the authorized distributor covering your region may call or text you about your request, using the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. You can ask to stop receiving calls or texts at any time by telling the person contacting you, or by reaching us using the details in Contact us.

 

  1. Recruitment and Applicant Information

If you apply for employment with SantaféTILE, we may collect and process information contained in your résumé, application materials, references, and communications with us.

Applicant information will be used solely for recruitment, candidate evaluation, hiring decisions and compliance with legal obligations.

Unless otherwise required by law, applicant information may be retained for a reasonable period following the conclusion of a recruitment process.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:

 

  • Service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting provider, email platform, under obligations to protect your data

We may also share contact information you provide through our forms, such as your name and email address, in a coded (hashed) format, so these partners can match it with their users in order to show you our ads, reach people with similar characteristics, and measure the performance of our advertising.   • Affiliated companies, including members of Grupo Empresarial Santafé located in Colombia, which may process your information for the purposes described in this policy. As a result, your information may be transferred to and stored outside the United States.
  • SantafeTILE representatives and authorized distributors, so they can follow up on a request you submitted for their region
  • Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of SantaféTILE, our customers or others
  • Business transfers, if SantaféTILE is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

 

 

  1. Your choices and rights
  •     Marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to opt out.
  • Calls and texts. See Phone and text communications above for how to stop these.
  • Cookies and ads. Manage cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Advertising audiences. If you do not want the contact information you provided through our forms to be shared with our advertising partners, contact us and we will exclude it from future audience lists.
  • Access, correction or deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions, by contacting us using the details below.

We serve customers and partners in Florida, Texas and California, and, as of 2026, the Chicago area, covering the Midwest and Northeast. Some of these states give their residents specific privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information for money.
