  • Resume and application materials, if you apply for a position with us

  • Directly from you, when you fill out a form, request a sample, email or call us.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies as you browse our site.
  • From our distributor and representative network, when a request you submit is routed to the SantaféTILE representative or authorized distributor covering your region.
  • At our physical locations, such as our Medley, FL showroom and yard, if security cameras are in use there. Any footage is used only for safety and security purposes and is not used for marketing.

We use cookies and similar tools to operate the site, understand how it’s used, and measure the performance of our advertising. This currently includes:

 

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand site traffic and measure the results of our Google advertising
  • Meta Pixel, to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising
  • Mailchimp, to see whether emails we send are opened and clicked
  • Other advertising platforms we use from time to time, which may include AI-assisted advertising products such as ChatGPT Ads, for the same measurement purpose

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you turn off cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended. We do not currently respond to browser «Do Not Track» signals.

  • Respond to your sample requests, questions and messages
  • Connect you with the SantaféTILE representative or authorized distributor for your region
  • Send you information you’ve requested, such as order or request confirmations
  • Send occasional product or company updates, if you’ve opted in, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • Understand how our site is used and improve it
  • Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
  • Review and process job applications

 

  1. Phone and text communications

When you supply your phone number on a form, you agree that SantaféTILE, our sales representatives, and the authorized distributor covering your region may call or text you about your request, using the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. You can ask to stop receiving calls or texts at any time by telling the person contacting you, or by reaching us using the details in Contact us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

 

  • Service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting provider, email platform and advertising partners, under obligations to protect your data
  • SantaféTILE representatives and authorized distributors, so they can follow up on a request you submitted for their region
  • Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of SantaféTILE, our customers or others
  • Business transfers, if SantaféTILE is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

  • Marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to opt out.
  • Calls and texts. See Phone and text communications above for how to stop these.
  • Cookies and ads. Manage cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Access, correction or deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions, by contacting us using the details below.

We serve customers and partners in Florida, Texas and California, and, as of 2026, the Chicago area, covering the Midwest and Northeast. Some of these states give their residents specific privacy rights.

 

California

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to know what personal information we’ve collected, request that we delete it, and opt out of the «sale» or «sharing» of personal information for advertising purposes. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of sharing for advertising, or to submit any other request under this section, contact us using the details in Contact us and we’ll process it manually; we will not discriminate against you for making a request.

 

Texas and other states

Texas and a growing number of other states have their own consumer privacy laws that give residents similar rights to know, correct or delete their information. If you live in one of these states, contact us using the same channel and we’ll honor requests consistent with the law that applies to you.
